If a credit is opened without the word "irrevocable", it can be considered revocable.
凡證上未註明「不可撤消」字樣的，都被認為是可以撤消的信用證。 -
The credit, therefore, should clearly indicate whether it is revocable or irrevocable
因此信用證上應明確註明是可撤銷的或是不可撤銷的。 -
A letter of credit can be revocable ( i. e. it can be cancelled by the customer or the bank ) or irrevocable ( it cannot be cancelled )
