在系統的體系結構和運行模式研究的基礎上，論文建立了rnms中基於asp的產品開發服務支持系統的總體技術框架，包括支撐技術、專題技術、應用系統等三部分；並對系統的部分關鍵技術進行了研究，主要包括：研究了基於虛擬研究所的系統資源組織模式，提出了虛擬研究所任務分配和協調的一種基本思路；研究了系統的開發架構和設計模式；研究了系統的信息集成技術，側重研究了其中的用戶信息集成技術。
