文摘:依據轉子動力學理論分析了柔性轉子彎曲響應的特徵，在此基礎上討論了它與不平衡響應及機械與電氣跳動量之間的關系，並利用轉子在不同起車情況下的振動信息，有效地分離了彎曲響應和不平衡響應，求解出彎曲量與不平衡量的比值.提出了轉子在恆定轉速下，基於二維全息譜技術的熱彎曲故障識別方法.研究結果表明，當彎曲量相位穩定而其幅值變化時，轉子響應的二維全息譜初相點的切線是相互平行的，由此可以有效地實現轉子熱彎曲故障的識別與診斷 -
