通過對永春縣二十七所中學後勤管理工作的調查，及與兄弟學校交流過程中了解的情況，結合本人十多年來從事後勤工作的體會，發現農村中學後勤隊伍素質低，依法治校程度低，財務管理和財產管理缺乏制度化、科學化，校園的規劃與建設存在著布局不夠合理，功能不完善和後勤服務社會化的程度低，一定程度上制約著農村教育事業的發展。
