另外，從土壤物理性質、蓄水量、貯水量等角度對祁連山苔蘚雲杉林、祁連圓柏林、亞高山灌叢林、牧坡草地4種主要植被類型的土壤滲透功能進行分析，結果表明：土壤的滲透功能主要由土壤非毛管孔隙度的質和量決定的，苔蘚雲杉林土壤非毛管孔隙度的質和量最好，它的滲透也最好；雖然亞高山灌叢林的滲透功能次之，但由於它所處的位置和面積大，現實貯水量在祁連山四種主要植被類型中最大。 -
