The exchanges of the main body of editing show the ways in the new role and the new consciousness of editor due to the features of the main body of network editing. in order to give the expression to the location of the new role, this paper raises the role of editors in one body of three positions which consists of information filter, information agent and information service. this role demands that the editors not only edit the characters and codes as the expressive forms of the world, but also edit all the cultural information enviroment based on the actuating medium, communicators, receivers and information itself, under the guide of which the honesty, brand, receiver and safety bacome the new conscious of the network editing
為了形象地體現這種新的角色定位，本文提出了信息過濾人、信息經紀人，信息服務人三位一體的編輯角色。這種角色要求編輯不僅僅是編輯文字元號、表現形式這些作為世界存在的表象信息，而更應對包括介質、傳播者和受眾以及信息本身所構築的文化信息環境的編輯。在這種思想指導下，誠信、品牌、受眾、安全等成為網路編輯的新理念。
