從特徵角度看，產品設計可視為一個特徵演化過程.然而就目前研究的內容來看，特徵的范圍基本局限於機械產品的零件級層次，難以支持外形、布局、人機工程占很大比重的通信、家電等電子機械產品的設計過程.針對上述不足，本文立足於特徵的廣義內涵，提出了基於產品級的組件特徵概念及其相應的面向產品布局設計的組件特徵模型 -
