根據絞吸挖泥船泥泵絞刀的製造、使用和修復性能要求，提出了疏浚工程易損件再製造三原則；採用泥泵內襯互鎖結構、絞刀梯度化耐磨設計和工藝再製造新技術，將高鉻合金耐磨材料、熔敷耐磨材料及其復合材料和高分子耐磨膠粘塗層材料成功地應用於再製造泥泵殼和絞刀片上，顯著提高了泥泵殼和絞刀的耐磨壽命和挖泥船的疏浚效益。
