在不知道隨機干擾信號統計特性的情況下，採用最小二乘法對電力系統的運行參數進行狀態估計，為了使估計誤差的方差矩陣最小，本文引入權函數使用加權最小二乘法，使估計結果的準確性大大提高，模擬結果顯示，該方法完全能夠滿足電網運行和控制的要求。
