Abstract : in this paper, two tests are described on air leakage of sinter machine in 2 sintering plant of xiangtan iron and steel co. according to the test results, on the base of analysis and discussion, a series of measures on decreasing air leakage of sinter machine are putted forwored from sealed devices, lubricating oil system, maintenance and management etc. an effective and feasible way is supplied for energy saving and increasing production, decreasding production cost, increasing economy benefit of sintering process
