    本文所指的城市空間結構為城市內部的空間結構,是人類的各種社會經濟活動和功能組織在特定城市地域上的空間投影,包括土地利用結構、經濟空間結構、人口空間分佈、就業空間結構、交通網路結構、社會空間結構、生活活動空間結構等。本文通過對四平市城區1134個地價樣點數據的實地調查,在綜合運用區域經濟學、經濟地理學、城市地理學、城市經濟學等相關學科理論的基礎上,採用gis ,運用定性與定量相結合的方法,從時間、空間兩個序列分析了轉型期四平城市空間結構特徵和存在問題,並從地價的時間、空間和構成等三方面探討了轉型期四平市地價對城市空間結構的影響,提出了地價約束條件下優化四平城市空間結構的對策。
