本文根據數字圖像採集系統獲得的磨損表面圖像，進行磨損機制分析，並運用數字圖像處理技術中的邊緣檢測和輪廓提取等技術，對磨損形狀進行特徵提取和分析，運用面積測量可計算不同磨損機制在整個磨損主體所佔的比重，並根據紋理特徵分析方法判斷圖像的紋理特徵，為實現計算機對磨損機制的智能化識別提供參考。
