為提高國產離心機用於煤泥分離的效果和工作可靠性，通過對國內外同類產品的結構參數、操作參數和分離效果的比較，提出：根據國內洗選煤泥性質，確定合適的設計參數；提高國產離心機的分離因數和製造水平；加強對篩網及易磨損件的研究，提高易磨損件的使用壽命；採用漸開線行星齒輪差速器，以提高整機的工作可靠性；提高離心機控制的自動化水平。 -
