根據過渡過程的快慢將可控整流電源系統分為快響應過程和慢響應過程，本文在利用響應曲線斜率法辨以過渡過程的基礎上，分別針對快響應過程和慢響應過程採取了相應的模糊控制策略，以滿足快響應過程要求實時控制，快速跟蹤誤差變化，慢響應過程要求精確定位，無差調節的要求，模擬結果驗證了該方法的有效性，進而分析了用dsp實現該調節器的硬體電路和軟體流程的設計思路。
