論文針對移動計算環境下的普遍應用情況，提出「在低端加強移動性，在高端提供高性能」的創新思想，結合移動數據庫容量小，斷接頻繁；主存數據庫響應時間短，存取數據快的特點，遵循syncml協議，在移動環境下的異構數據庫數據同步模型架構之上，搭建起一個移動客戶端使用移動數據庫技術，服務器端採用定製主存數據庫技術的異構數據快速同步模型，實驗表明，這是對數據同步技術的明顯改善。
