（三）現時社署在各醫院精神科病房及精神科專科診所均有派駐精神科醫務社工。他們與醫院及診所內的其他醫護專業人員（包括醫生、護士、職業治療師等） ，保持緊密協作，評估精神病康復者的心理社會狀況，制訂康復計劃；協助精神病康復者，在重新適應正常生活、情緒、人際關系或經濟困難等問題上，給予心理輔導，並且使康復者及其家人能善用醫護機構和社區內的醫療和康復服務。
