本文首先回顧了國內外關于鋼筋網水泥砂漿抗震加固的研究和發展現狀。通過三片磚墻加固前後的試驗，探討了多層磚房墻體在循環水平荷載和垂直荷載共同作用下受力、變形及破壞形態。 -

（ 3 ）混凝土用三維實體單元、鋼筋用空間桿單元對鋼筋混凝土框架柱進行三維建摸，而且同時考慮了鋼筋和混凝土的粘結性能，通過合理的單元選取、網格劃分及荷載步的確定，模擬了單調荷載作用下鋼筋混凝土框架柱的荷載啦移曲線、開裂荷載、屈服荷載及最大荷載、裂縫發展規律、計算破壞裂縫圖，並與相應的試驗結果進行了比較分析。
