為適應辦公自動化的發展和需求，本課題主要研究並實現的是基於web平臺的人力資源管理系統。本課題在使用uml進行面向對象的程序設計基礎上，採用sqlserver2000作為後端的數據庫支持，利用c #語言結合asp . net開發平臺，使用了在web開發中時下流行的mvc設計模式，設計並實現了一套具有良好的可擴展性、高可靠性、高可用性的人力資源管理系統。
