系統中採用了三層的c s和b / s混合模式，利用中文windows2000操作系統平臺和delphi6 . 0等工具設計並開發了基於internet intranet的採油工程管理信息系統。該系統可實現泵況控制、抽油桿斷脫控制、信息管理、發布、報表輸出、系統維護、採油產量預測等功能，並且可以依據分析結果優化施工方案，能夠讓各個終端用戶了解最新和未來的生產動態。目前，此系統已經在大慶採油八廠測試運行。
