The above circumstances will create some difficulties for the design of a discharge header pressure of coke oven control system, whose difficulties make it hard to realize an accurate control. in this paper, after comparing the difference of some kinds of decoupling control method, aiming at the feature of the coke oven pressure system and based on the coupling phenomena caused by the fluctuate between border upon channels, using the theory of feedforward and thinking about the influence between the fan suction and the discharge header pressure, a kind method of fuzzy feedforward is presented and used to control the discharge header pressure
本文在比較了目前各種解耦方法的優缺點后，針對集氣管壓力控制的特點，基於相鄰通道的波動引起的耦合現象，採用前饋補償原則，同時考慮鼓風機吸力對集氣管壓力的影響，將常規pid控制技術、多變量經典控制技術和多變量模糊控制技術相結合，提出了一種基於模糊邏輯的模糊前饋解耦方法，用於集氣管壓力控制。
