在分析了輻射地板傳熱機理的基礎上，文中利用熱傳導、大空間的自然對流換熱等傳熱學理論建立了輻射地板的傳熱模型，再採用有限差分方法對模型求解，所得有關輻射地板供冷熱性能的重要參數如地板表面平均溫度、熱流密度、地板表面復合換熱系數等與實測值相差在20以內，滿足工程使用要求；同時得出輻射地板盤管供水溫度是影響地板供冷熱性能的重要因素的結論。
