本論文的數據處理過程主要包括：一，實現測量數據的坐標轉換，將測量數據從測量坐標系轉換到設計坐標系；二，求出天線面的變形系統誤差；三，建立基於神經網路的天線面模型，求出各點的隨機誤差值，用統計的方法取其均方根作為標準偏差，並最終求得天線面的型面誤差值。
