    首先在分析三層pe防腐層性能指標、工藝過程及工況條件的基礎上，提出了溫度復合控制和速度反饋控制的綜合控制方案；考慮到三層pe生產過程中，由於受fbe膠化曲線的影響，溫度和速度之間存在較強的耦合，本方案通過合理的變量搭配，實現兩種變量的解耦；文中還依據傳熱理論、中頻感應理論等提出鋼管傳熱過程理論建模的方法，經實際驗證，表現出該方案和建模方法的科學性和實用性。
