  1. An import carrier shall retain possession of the transhipment cargo of odmre upon its import until he has received a transhipment notification in respect of the goods endorsed by the licence office

  2.   4. When the endorsement of a transhipment notification ceases to have effect at any time before the transhipment cargo of odmre is imported or exported, an import licence or an export licence, as the case may be, shall be applied for to cover the importation or exportation of the goods

    如轉運通知書的批署于該通知書所關乎作為轉運貨物的光碟製作設備進口或出口之前已停止有效，則須另行申請進口許可證或出口許可證（視屬何情況而定） ，以進口或出口有關貨物。
  5. Importation and exportation of odmre as transhipment cargo will be exempted from the requirement of an import licence and an export licence respectively provided that a transhipment notification in regard of the goods concerned has been endorsed in advance by the commissioner of customs and excise before its importation and the endorsement remains in effect

    倘若海關關長于光碟製作設備入口之前就有關的轉運批署轉運通知書，而該項批署仍屬有效，則領取進口許可證及出口許可證的規定並不適用於只屬轉運貨物的光碟製作設備。
  6. An export carrier shall not accept any transhipment cargo of odmre onto an exporting vessel, aircraft or vehicle for export purpose unless he has received a transhipment notification in respect of the goods endorsed by the licence office

    出口承運人如未收到由牌照辦事處就有關作為轉運貨物的光碟製作設備所批署的通知書，不得為由出口船隻、飛機或車輛運載該物品出口的目的而接收該物品。
