At present, 133 countriesterritories have agreed to grant visa - free access or visa on arrival to hksar passport holders, including seven more that were added to the list in 2004. these seven countries are agrentina, turks and caicos islands, british virgin islands, japan, mexico, uruguay and kuwait. the department will continue to lobby more countries for maximum travel convenience for hksar passport holders
