    本文主要研究了處于控制理論中的魯棒控制理論，其中重點研究與分析了線性二次型高斯控制理論和時滯不確定系統的魯棒穩定理論，對其進行了一定的理論推導，並得出了這兩種控制理論在實際系統中的運用方法。本文首先運用線性二次型高斯控制理論對宏觀經濟系統進行了分析和控制，力求消除或減少系統中的模型化誤差及其本身和外部的擾動信號等不確定性的影響，並藉助matlab設計軟體進行模擬，以得出最佳控制策略。
