Aiming at perfecting constitution supervision system of our country, the author of the thesis compares comprehensively several main unconstitutional review models in the word, generalizes the success and failure of constitutional supervision system in force in our country. basing on the principle of adhereing to the political system of our country, the author puts forward that unconstitutional review model of constitutional committee of continental countries and constitutional court should be consulted, and the reformation of unconstitutional review system of china should be carded out to construct effective unconstitutional review system which is fit for our actual situation.
以完善我國的憲法監督制度為宗旨，本文綜合比較了當今世界幾種主要違憲審查模式，總結我國現行憲法監督制度的得失，提出應在堅持我國政治體制的基礎上，借鑒大陸法系國家憲法委員會和憲法法院的審查制度模式，對我國的違憲審查制度進行改革，創設適合於我國國情的、富有實效的違憲審查體制，並對其必要性和可行性進行了論證。
