本文利用脂多糖（ lps ） 、 p一葡聚糖（ p一1 ， 3一glucan ） 、滅活哈維氏弧菌和滅活鰻弧菌4種免疫促進劑對中國對蝦進行了免疫刺激，通過分離純化、光鏡和透射電鏡觀察等技術對刺激前後中國對蝦酚氧化酶的產量、活性以及血細胞的數量、超微結構的變化進行了研究。 -
