I shall ( 1 ) abide by the constitution rules, resolutions and requirements of the association ; ( 2 ) pay the fees as and when they fall due ; ( 3 ) be fully responsible for any mishap, injuries, damages, loses, etc sustained and / or incurred by me and / or my invitee ( s ) while in the school and alumni premises ( the premises ) ; ( 4 ) comply with the requirements on no smoking, alcoholic drinking, gambling, inappropriate behavior etc while in the premises ; ( 5 ) comply with the traffic / parking requirements while in the premises ; and ( 6 ) accept that the association has the right to discount on not to commence any activities / courses without giving me any prior notices
