本文在分析計算中綜合考慮了界面性能、纖維位向以及纖維間相互作用的影響，分別採用單纖維模型、雙纖維模型和斜向纖維模型，對- al _ 2o _ 3 al - 5 . 5mg 、 - al _ 2o _ 3 al - 5 . 5zn和- al _ 2o _ 3 al - 12si三種al合金基復合材料的熱殘余應力進行了計算和分析；對存在熱殘余應力時復合材料的應力?應變曲線進行了模擬；還基於能量等效原理的有限元方法，考慮了熱殘余應力及纖維位向的影響，推導了短纖維增強金屬基復合材料彈性模量的預測公式。
