實驗結果：腹腔注射5mg kgmtx后3h可誘發小鼠體內脾細胞、骨髓細胞、胸腺細胞和外周血淋巴細胞的dna單鏈斷裂且隨時間延長損傷程度增大，於12h達到高峰，但未觀察到對肝、腎、胃和睪丸細胞的山窗民科大學碩士學位論文影響;核dna損傷程度隨著用藥劑量的增大而增大。The results indicate that dna ssbs could be induced by mtx in some cells of mice. there are differences in sensitivity of various organs in the mice and cells of spleen, thymus, bone marrow and peripheral lymphocytes may be the important target cells of mtx

結果：在一定的濃度范圍內，小鼠骨髓細胞的增殖能力隨） o _ 2 ~ -濃度的增加而增加，在本實驗條件下使小鼠骨髓細胞達到最大增殖效應的最佳o _ 2 ~ -濃度范圍為1 . 8 1 . 9nmol h 10 ~ 6細胞；人外周血淋巴細胞培養體系中加入單核細胞共同培養，可上調介質中o _ 2 ~ -的濃度，從而促進淋巴細胞增殖。
