    第二是在製作譜對參數( lsf )矢量量化碼本時,引入了目前提高lsf碼本能的兩個方法:在利用重點對非重點時,借鑒自適應矢量量化( sivp )去除相關演算法的優點,提出了以固定矩陣去除相關的方法,有效的控制了后殘差的動態范圍,提高了對殘差矢量量化的精度;採用聯合碼本優化多級矢量量化演算法( jco - msvq ) ,改良多級矢量量化碼本的能。
