本論文分為六個部分：第一章：緒論：簡要介紹地價信息系統的相關概念、項目建設背景、國內目前研究的現狀及研究成果、本項目研究的現實意義以及論文組織；第二章：地價信息系統建設的研究：從系統的角度出發，對地價信息系統的開發進行詳細的系統分析、系統總體設計，在此基礎上進行系統的功能設計和數據庫設計；第三章：地價信息系統地價管理功能實現方法的研究：詳細論述地價信息系統建設中一些關于地價動態監測體系計算機系統的關鍵技術的實現方法，主要是地價監測點的設立與更新、地價的時空分析、宗地地價的實時評估等；第四章：地價信息系統地價信息發布功能實現方法的研究：詳細論述地價信息發布的基礎技術及實現方法；第五章：張家港市地價信息系統建設的實例：簡要介紹實際參與的張家港市地價信息系統建設的一些情況；第六章：結語與討論：總結論文研究的成果，分析存在的問題，討論進一步研究的方向。
