    本文針對k190jik鋼軌控制系統存在參數修改困難、接過程不夠穩定、無接質量在線診斷功能等問題,採用日本三菱公司fx2n - 64mr可編程序控制器、研華工控pcl ? 1800數據採集卡等為核心控制部件,對的整控制系統進行了全面升級。運用軟體labview和vb開發了數據採集系統,完善了接穩、調值控制與智能調節功能,利用vb建立了接質量在線診斷系統,並完成了系統組裝調試與工藝試驗研究工作。
