結論本組橈神經損傷的恢復效果滿意，有的患者在恢復過程中的電生理顯示與體征、癥狀不符；臨床工作中，能及時正確判斷神經損傷的性質和程度，對指導臨床治療極其重要；肱骨骨折內固定之際，必須仔細分離出橈神經並予以保護，其後整復骨折施行內固定；取出內固定物時，應先從遠近端解剖出正常的橈神經，再逐漸暴露被瘢痕組織黏連的橈神經段，保護好橈神經，其後取出內固定物。
