These systems are of many different kinds, complex and language, which may be based on different operation systems software systems and languages, consequently, different degrees of the isolated information islands problems emerges. this thesis proposes the program of the military information platform based on web, which aims at integrating these branch systems into a whole, coordinating integrated system so that the potential and power of each system can be appropriately and fully based to realize the unification of military power. in the thesis, the background, ways of realization, models of design and the significance of soa are discussed ; secondly, the j2ee standard and the technique in the development of packages are introduced, more comphasis is put on the principles, frameworks, basic techniques and the status quo of web service which mostly enbodies

    論文首先討論了soa的時代背景、實現方式、設計模式和重要意義;其次介紹了j2ee規范和組件開發技術，闡述了最能體現soa的web服務的原理、框架、核心技術及研究現狀;在此基礎上，從信息革命和軍隊信息化建設面臨的挑戰出發，提出了構建軍事信息平臺的設想，以實現局域網、骨幹網和全軍綜合信息網的無縫連接;並詳細論述了平臺的設計思想、體系結構、總體設計和功能模塊，同時分析了為什麼要將原有的信息系統遷移到新的信息平臺和如何將原有的業務系統封裝為web服務，並發布到注冊中心供他人;接著利用實驗中的一個例子，對web服務的理論、實現和開發環境進行了系統的說明;最後對信息平臺的安全管理和web服務的安全性技術進行了初步探討。
