In the case where you request red - dots to collect the payment of the good on your behalf, it is expressly agreed that if red - dots is unable to arrange for payment of the good to you in accordance with the payment instructions given by you to red - dots and red - dots has used commercially reasonable efforts to contact you by phone or e - mail at the contact details you provided to red - dots, you are deemed to have waived your right to such payment and red - dots shall be entitled to forfeit such amount after the lapse of six months from the date of your payment instructions
