為了改善和優化聚醚碸超濾膜（單浴法）在血液過濾實際應用中的性能，本論文以j . a . van ' thof等提出的雙凝固浴法為基礎，以聚醚碸（ pes ）為主要成膜材料，以二甲基亞碸為溶劑，並添加一定分子量的致孔劑（ pvp ，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮）以及一定分子量的添加劑（ peg ，聚乙二醇）按照一定配比在一定溫度下製成透明均一的鑄膜液，靜置脫泡后在一定的工藝條件下製成聚醚碸平板膜和中空纖維膜，然後通過測試膜的結構和性能來評估其用於血液過濾中的前景。Six different molecular weigh polyethylene glycols were selected to prepare blend films with silk fibroin, five different molecular weight polymer - polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether ( pego ) were synthesized and structures of them were characterized by 1h nmr, ir, gpc. a kind of silk fibroin membranes were prepared by blend the pego and silk fibroin
選用六種不同分子量的聚乙二醇與絲素共混制膜，並選用其中五種合成了五種不同分子量的聚乙二醇縮水甘油醚（ pego ） ，以合成的pego為添加劑，研究了不同分子量、不同含量下制得的改性絲素膜的結構與性能。
