研究結果表明：新巴爾虎右旗草地類型的總面積為2257078 . 62hm2 ，占總土地面積的89 . 86 % ；溫性草原類、溫性草甸草原類、低地草甸類、沼澤類及改良草地面積占草地總面積的比例分別為85 . 11 % 、 1 . 23 % 、 12 . 19 % 、 1 . 19 %和0 . 28 % ；低地草甸類中出現了以前沒有的低濕地草甸亞類和低地沼澤化草甸亞類。
