然而，現有的scada系統在配電網發生故障時提供給調度員的警報信息有如下局限性： （ 1 ）面向現場的戶外饋線終端ftu運行環境惡劣，承受強的電磁、雷電干擾，並且由於繼電器節點故障、 ftu元器件損壞等因素的存在，使得配電網信息受干擾、畸變的可能性較高； （ 2 ）在信號傳輸及變換過程中，通訊裝置的故障等原因，也可能導致信號出錯甚至丟失； （ 3 ）保護裝置和斷路器本身也有可能誤動或拒動。
