    本文在大量查閱現有國內外文獻的基礎上,總結並綜合前人有關微槽平板熱管理論研究面的成果,對單面刻有槽道的微槽平板熱管進行了較為深入和細致的研究。本文的研究共分兩大部分,其中第一部分考察了該型熱管的整體工表現,通過建立數學模型和開發相應的計算程序,得到了熱管內部毛細流動和傳熱的數據,分析了熱管在不同工傾角、不同加熱熱流以及不同工溫度等情況下工特性的變規律,考察了汽液界面上的剪切對熱管傳熱量的影響,並且進一步在理論上預測了該型熱管的毛細和騰極限。
