通過對黑龍江異常暖與冷7月和1月的同期和前期環流場和下墊面溫度距平的合成分析和差值顯著性檢驗，歸納出了前期環流場和下墊面溫度統計上顯著的差異，所得的結果可以為預報黑龍江夏、冬季異常暖、冷提供依據。
