    本論文較全面地探討促進強和顯微結構良好的si _ 3n _ 4 ( si _ 2on _ 2 )結合相的實驗條件,實驗數據顯示:引入適量的燒結助劑能夠促進si _ 3n _ 4 ( si _ 2on _ 2 )的生成和晶粒的長,而過量時,其促進作用反而下降;隨著si粉加入量增加,生成的結合相明顯增多,復合材料的性能顯著提高;改變sic顆粒不僅影響復合材料的強與堆積,而且對復合材料的物相與顯微結構也有影響,隨著顆粒逐漸細化,材料的強有較的提高;對復合材料的強、物相與顯微結構影響的是氮化制,經過兩個氮化高峰連續的反應和短時間的高溫后處理得到的復合材料性能好;通過抗熱震性能實驗后復合材料的殘余強較高,顯示出較好的抗熱震性能。

    以往對粗粒土的研究方法多採用擊實法,很少有人研究其抗剪強特性,本文主要從工程應用的角(粗粒含量)對粗粒土進行工程分類,成型方法採用振動法,同時對水穩定性、抗剪強特性進行研究,通過研究得出以下結論:顆粒組成特性是決定其抗剪強的主要因素,當粗粒含量在70左右時,抗剪強;顆粒本身的特性對抗剪強影響較,顆粒越堅硬、小顆粒相差越、越不均勻、顆粒形狀越呈稜角狀、填築,抗剪強就越高;含水量對抗剪強的影響很小,可以忽略不計。
