    詳細說明：是以蔗糖做底物，採用呋喃果糖苷酶轉果糖基作用，在蔗糖分子上以（ 1 2 ）糖苷鍵上與1 - 3個果糖分子結合，形成的蔗果三糖（ gf2 ） 、蔗果四糖（ gf3 ） 、蔗果五糖（ gf4 ）屬于果糖和蔗糖構成的直鏈雜低聚糖，在形成的產物中還有果糖、葡萄糖和未反應完全的底物蔗糖，採用色譜法除去單糖和雙糖制得高純度的低聚果糖。
