    本文在分析cad / cae / capp技術在國內外應用概況的基礎上,結合專家系統,提出了智能集成的研究方向。以蝸傳動的各個零件作為研究對象,在分析了各自特徵的基礎上,利用數據庫技術和圖形單元建模技術,建立了蝸傳動的特徵模型,實現了cad / cae / capp之間的數據傳輸和信息共享;分析了蝸傳動中參數確定、強度的一般原則,進行了基於特徵的蝸傳動強度的演算法研究;將專家知識融入在cad 、 cae 、 capp各個過程中實現了設計過程、強度分析和工藝分析的智能化。在上述研究的基礎上,利用autocad2000提供的activexautomation技術,以vb為開發工具,開發出了蝸傳動的cad / cae / capp集成軟體。
