    本文基於瑞典學者哈堪森（ hakansson ）和斯涅何塔（ snehota ）提出的網路組織結構理論，綜合運用經濟學和管理學分析方法，從群內企業間網路關系（主體與主體的關系） 、集群的組織學習（主體對資源的活動） 、集群的生命周期（主體活動的時間效應）三個層面研究影響企業集群競爭力的動態演化要素，揭示三個影響要素與集群競爭力的關聯機理以及要素之間的相互作用機制，並提出相應的制度安排與政策建議，以期對集群競爭力的培育和提升提供理論參考。
