本文應用沖擊機械繫統動力學分析打樁過程中錘體與樁撞擊時應力波的產生、傳播以及該波對沉樁過程的影響。認為與樁等波阻的細長狀錘體能夠產生理想的應力波波形；在樁錘重量一定的情況下，可針對不同的地質情況和樁，通過選擇不同剛度的樁帽和樁墊與其匹配來提高打樁效率。本文對雙缸雙作用液壓打樁錘液壓系統的結構和工作原理進行了深入的研究，並在此基礎上設計出六噸雙缸雙作用液壓打樁錘的液壓系統和電控系統。
