本文以具有3個塔樓的廈門東方時代廣場為分析對象，採用國際通用有限元分析軟體sap2000進行結構建模和分析，考慮雙向地震動輸入，研究結構的振動特性，分析底盤與塔樓剛度比對結構的影響以及多塔之間的扭轉效應和平扭耦聯作用，對比風荷載和地震作用下塔樓在兩個結構主軸方向的層間位移、頂點位移以及塔樓底層的變形，分析地震作用下轉換層樓板的應力分佈特點及主要豎向構件的正應力和剪應力分佈特點。
