其次，本文對于時滯項滿足局部正反饋或者局部負反饋條件的時滯微分方程，定義了離散lyapunov泛函，並證明了這樣定義的合理性及其有關性質，給出了全局吸引子存在的一些充分條件，利用這樣定義的lyapunov泛函證明了全局吸引子具有morse分解的結構以及極限集的若干性質，同時，利用極限集的性質證明了在一定條件下，時滯項局部單調系統解的性質。
