本文在評述國內外地表水有機農藥污染現狀、農藥的多介質環境化學行為、健康風險的基礎上，研究了杭州市地表水有機農藥的污染現狀及健康風險；基本搞清了杭州市飲用水原水、西湖、運河等地表水有機氯和有機磷農藥的污染現狀，探索了常規給水處理工藝對微量有機污染物的去除效果，初步評價了有機農藥的健康風險，提出了地表水有機農藥污染的防治措施和安全飲用水的保障技術。
